Print Support Specialist - Palmerston North

Massey University's Printery and Design Studio team seeks a versatile, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team on the beautiful Manawatū Campus. This role requires strong administrative and customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently.

As a Print Support Specialist, you'll assist with pre-press work, administrative processes, and client interactions across various locations. No two days will be the same, making this an exciting opportunity for a dynamic multitasker. Duties include reception services for the Printery and support in the Finishing and Bindery area.

Full on-the-job training is provided.

Salary range: $48,596 - $71,027 (based on experience and skills).

Key responsibilities:

• Meet with clients in-person and remotely

• Coordinate with Printery teams to meet deadlines

• Maintain secure and efficient administrative processes

• Process job tickets, requisitions, purchase orders, and payments

• Provide reception services and back-up support as needed

Ideal candidate:

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A positive, can-do attitude with an interest in design and print

• Experience in pre-press (Adobe Creative Suite knowledge) is an advantage
