Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
The beauty of this position is that it is literally the first point of contact and face of the School of Graduate Research and will work with staff from all areas. You will be immersed in various types of work supporting the Dean and managers, and meet a wide variety of people, juggling many priorities to ensure the smooth running of our School of Graduate Research.
Your priority will be to welcome visitors and students and provide information about Higher Degree and Scholarship application processes. This includes the enrolment and regulations processes, assisting with promoting and organising the delivery of staff and student workshops and seminars, providing secretarial support for all meetings and financial management processing activities for the staff of the office.
Salary will be in the range of $56,737 to $68,633 per year, prorated, based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a fixed term, full-time role (37.5 hours a week) until October 2025 to cover parental leave. This role is based on our Hillcrest Campus, providing service between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.

In addition to your NCEA Level 3 or equivalent qualification you will also have:
