Work within a small team who are responsible for student admission to the University, entry into qualifications and programme planning.  We provide a consistent decision-making approach that is based on a knowledge and understanding of the education sector, is compliant with internal and external requirements.  We provide all new students with timely and accurate responses and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. 

Salary will be in the range of $69,199 to $82,228 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a permanent full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus. For more information on the role please see the position description here

As a people person you will enjoy interacting and communicating with a diverse group of individuals as they embark on their application to enrolment journey. You will enjoy an environment where you are progressing applicants through their applications whilst continuously looking for ways to improve the student experience.  Your critical thinking will be essential to this role as you will be expected to continuously implement business and system changes that positively impact our processing targets and assist students to reach enrolment.   

You will understand the need to maintain a high work performance within tight timeframes and will put the customer in the centre of what you do.  Your positive and friendly personality will put students at ease as they make decisions on their programmes and papers in accordance with their selected qualification and the University regulations.
