The salary band is between $56,622 and $80,006 - based on skills and experience.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate MyHub: Manage the student support portal, ensuring it's user-friendly and engaging for all ākonga

  • Create digital content: Develop visuals, videos, and other media to support MyHub and contribute to social media channels

  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with staff to align digital content with broader university initiatives

  • Support engagement: Assist with social media management and community interactions to help build student engagement

Who we're looking for:

  • A tech-savvy individual with experience in content creation, social media, or digital platforms. Experience with HTML is an added bonus

  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and communicating with diverse teams

  • A problem-solver who's proactive and adaptable, able to balance multiple responsibilities

  • A creative thinker with a good eye for design and branding

Skills and qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, design, communications, or a related field

  • Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and tools like Canva or InDesign

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and with students
