Job Description
Working as part of our wider Finance team this role will see you work with our commercial customers to answer queries, process credit applications and follow up on overdue accounts.

You will have the opportunity to
Receipt and allocate customer payments
Complete collections activities, including managing dis-honoured payments and write offs
Work with a portfolio of clients to manage accounts receivable processes
Liaise closely with the Z account manager for the customer portfolio
Process new credit applications and credit checks
Answer customer queries via email and phone
Assist with reconciliations and other processes
Provide reporting as needed and ensure data is accurate
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to Z
Experience of accounts receivable and collections for commercial customers
Excellent communication skills to work with a range of customers
A good range of skills across Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of JDE would be advantageous
The demonstrated ability to achieve a balance between customer and business needs
Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills when dealing with collections
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers
A good level of attention to detail and accuracy
A positive and proactive attitude

The base salary range for this role is $63,600 to $72,000 per annum, plus 10% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
