About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga
 

As the Remuneration and Performance Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our remuneration and performance strategies. You will provide expert advice and insights, ensuring our frameworks are aligned with best practices, legislative requirements, and organisational goals. Working in a dynamic and multi-faceted environment, you will engage with a range of stakeholders to develop solutions that support both our people and our strategic priorities.
 

In this role you’ll:
 

  • Lead the development and implementation of remuneration and performance strategies.

  • Provide expert guidance on remuneration frameworks, job evaluation, and performance management.

  • Navigate the complexities of multiple collective employment agreements.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure remuneration and performance practices are fair, transparent, and effective.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our approach.



Salary range: $139,346 - $169,396 per annum + 3% kiwi saver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

  • Proven experience in remuneration, performance, or a related HR discipline.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and employment agreements.
