Westpac New Zealand are excited to announce applications for our 2025 Graduate Programme are now open. Our Graduate programme will give you an experience like no other. We are offering a permanent, full-time graduate position starting 10th February 2025 in a tailored programme which has been designed with future leaders in mind. As a Westpac Graduate, you'll work with industry leaders and innovators in a collaborative environment, to come up with the most innovative products, experiences, and solutions. Who is eligible to apply?
✔ We welcome candidates who have recently completed a university degree or are currently in their final year of study towards a university degree.
✔ You must be either a New Zealand or Australian citizen, or a New Zealand Permanent Resident (this includes candidates who can provide evidence that they are on the path to becoming a New Zealand permanent resident without requiring employer sponsorship).
