We are looking for a highly organised, kaupapa-driven Events Manager to take responsibility for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of Pūhoro’s events programme.

We are looking for a high energy Tenancy Manager (Relationships) or Senior Tenancy Manager, reporting to the Manager of Tenancy Relationships. Both roles involve maintaining strong relationships with tenants, understanding tenant needs and obligations, and ensuring that all tenancy and maintenance matters in a portfolio of 135 properties are managed well.
