Role Overview: We are seeking a Relationship Manager to provide effective tenancy management services, maintain core relationships with tenants, and understand the stories of tenants and their families. This role is essential in ensuring that tenancy and maintenance requests are resolved promptly and that tenant information is accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenancy Management: Ensure tenancy and maintenance requests are appropriately resolved.
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely tenant and tenancy information.
Tenant Feedback: Provide tenant and community feedback to Te Āhuru Mōwai to ensure the tenant’s voice is heard.
Service Delivery:
Professional Services: Ensure the delivery of people-focused, quality, professional tenancy management services.
Community Connection: Ensure tenants are connected with relevant community or social development services, initiatives, and projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong understanding of tenancy management practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle tenant information with confidentiality.
Experience in providing community or social development services is a plus.
